Invalid Email

So I just purchased a new device, but when I'm trying to login to the game in it, it's saying invalid email.
Funnily, the game is logged in in my old device and it's showing the same email id which I'm entering. So what am I doing wrong?

Try the solution in this other Thread. The edit box for typing your email address (for username) may have an extra leftover space character before or after where you type that you have to remove so it will be accepted.

Although it does seems a bit silly of saying invalid email just cuz of an extra space
