Kingpin sp1 kang power loop problem

So I’m in the 50%-2% phase of kang 7.3.6. Power loop prompt calls for sp1 and I throw it and it, it turns red instead of green and doesn’t give me a charge. What gives ?

Don't use champs which reduce AAR or even the assassin mastery
