I got banned after the battlegrounds

Yesterday I played about 1 hour on the new bugged mode battlegrounds.
After the game crashed about 25 times I closed the game.
Today when I tried to sing in I got message that my account is close.
Is anyone here got this message too??

I play for 5 years.
The game is part of my day.
Is there any way that someone will listen to me in kabam?

I used bot few years ago and got banned.
Since then I dont dare to think of it because I love the game...
