In Alliance rewards

I’d love to see something where the leader can assign rewards or give rewards to the groups or members he/she feels are most deserving. Example in war I’d love to offer the group with say the least deaths something special. Maybe gold, or even iso! I’d even be willing to purchase is with my own gold or give out of my own iso stash. Just something as an incentive or rewards! Thoughts?
