Keep Ranking up Black Widow CV or bring Hyperion level with her?

Currently, my Black Widow CV is a rank higher than my Hyperion (both unawakened if that helps you when you make you decision) and I'm really close to having the resources to rank up my Hyperion, so should I go for it, or just ignore him and go with Claire?
