Help for 6.2.2 and beyond

As title. I've got a decent amount of high tier champs already but none want to break the barrier that is the impossible Mr Sinister. Also, tips for the rest of act 6 would be greatly appreciated! I already have:
6* R2 Kitty Pryde, Shang-Chi and Gladiator Hulk.
6* R1 IMIW, Heimdall, Air Walker, Spider Gwen, Mangog
5* R5 Domino, Red Mags, Sunspot, CGR, Aegon
5* R4 Void, Diablo
5* R3 Mephisto, Dragon Man, The Champion
5* R2 Colossus, Cap IW

These are most notable. Any tips would be really helpful! (If you mention other champs that I think I have, I'll reply)

OK so I have been stuck on Mr. Sinister for some time now and needed a Heimdall or Warlock synergy. Yesterday, I opened my basic 6 star crystal and pulled the OG Abomination (The single headed one). You could say I was not over the moon, but it got me thinking. I assembled the below team




Colossus and Black widow CV got me through the path + Emma.

Abom was a beast with the red guardian synergy and the Moleman synergy gave an important fury in the beginning since I had suicides on. Mr. Sinister just melted away with 10 poisons on him. One Shot !

Moleman - unawakened - 5* R5
BW CV - unawakened - 5*R5
Colossus - awakended sig 40 - 5* R4
Red Guardian - awakened sig 20 - 5* R4
Abomination (OG) - unawakened - 6* R1

Masteries: Suicides on, no despair though

Boosts: 10% attack + 15% attack & Health + 20% health

Thanks for everyone who commented on this. I ended up using Ghost and Unitman synergy. Finally past the month old roadblock. Hope anyone who reads this pulls something good from there next crystal!
