Alliance communication

As the leader of an alliance it's very hard to communicate with members without line.
Almost my whole friend's list is filled with alliance members.

I was wondering why the alliance tab in social doesn't have chat boxes?
That way you could message anyone in your alliance without sending a friend request.
The chat room is already there but at the moment it serves no purpose.

One of the best uses of line / similar apps is to get people to actually look in the game. Putting in an in-game message for someone who isn't in the game to go do their thing... doesn't help.
