Skip sp3 in AQ ?

Hi, so I've noticed lately, (ie last few days), skip sp3 button in AQ is not available?
While it is - and works fine - in normal questing, when I throw a sp3 in AQ .. no skip3 button .
is this intentional ? or is something missing?
(no idea if this extends to war .. I don't do war
)
