I need a Combat Power Rate Team

Ok, so I’ve been screwing around with Kang, because I pulled him as a 5 star during gifting. But he’s only r1 so I’m missing out on the bonus CPR

His Sp1 has a guaranteed stun for 2.40 seconds, plus whatever the stun duration mastery is, I used the 2 DD classic, and BW Classic and Electra synergy, but it left me barely short of a stun lock, is there a better team? I don’t feel like taking him up a ton of ranks so I can meme an easy stun lock

Each rank gives him a combat power rate boost…

How close is your rotation?

For each additional higher RANK a champ is (1 to 5, no matter what Star variety they are), they gain an extra 5% rate for their standard Power Rate.

So a Rank-5 champ has 20% increased Power Rate compared to being Rank-1.

So would any number of extra 5% increases be sufficient for your Kang to do power lock with that synergy team ? (which I believe is probably the right track as far as best Power Rate synergy team is concerned)

And, have you already Max’d the Stupify mastery, increases Stun Duration.

Stupefy maxed, I don’t have rank 3 materials, just took Hulkbuster up. it’s pretty damn close though otherwise. If anyone wants to try, they can throw MLM LLLMM

One more medium gets me to the sp1

Rank-# based increased Power Rate.

Just has to be next Rank, you don’t actually have to Level them up afterwards (unless of course to get to the next Rankup afterwards).
