Direct paths to chapter bosses after 100%

Is there any possibility of creating direct paths to special bosses in story quest, like the Collector, the Champion, Grandmaster, Gwenmaster, Kang 2.0 and Superior Kang, after the respective chapter had been 100% completed?
Like to get access to Kang 2.0, you have to 100% explore act 7.3.
There could be a path with a gate, and the key would be awarded with the chapter exploration rewards.
