They are rank 5 6* champions, they have no sig levels, not sure what the confusion is.

No, that's how they are with Kang and Thanos Fights.

Kang’s team and Thanos’ team are not real accounts. They’re teams made up by Kabam so they don’t have any masteries that’s why they’re rank 5. Not a bug
