Experience of a new Thronbreaker

Hey there y’all, this is my first time ever posting here but as of today (3/28) I got thronebreaker! My main issue with it is I saved up around 2.5k units and got it after a hearty chunk of them were taken. The first, second, and fourth phase went off without a hitch. But the third phase is where I had many issues. Whenever the grandmaster would get wounded, all of my competence chargers were removed. I’ve done plenty of research into this and I feel like it shouldn’t have been doing this at all. As a result i did, what seemed like no damage to damage to the gm. I know how this company is and I doubt I’ll get any return for this, but is there any reasoning this is happening now and to me specifically? I’m hoping this gets fixed soon for the sake of anyone and everyone to help make the fight run how it actually should.

    That’s what I thought at first as well, but there were times where it wasn’t a heavy. I would come out of the sp1, he would get wounded, and as I’m dashing in I would see all my charges disappear

    Would really help a lot if you at least got a screenshot or even a video of the issue, so Kabam can really look into it.

    Yeah, in hindsight I probably should’ve gotten some proof to actually help them with it, I just assumed there was something I was missing that was causing me to lose them, I should’ve gotten a video but I was really in the moment and wasn’t thinking at all

    If u getting knocked down I’m pretty sure u losing all compenten even from a sp1 not sure what else couse
