ARENA HELP REQUEST BUG

The arena help request has to be one of the most jarring bugs in the game, recently came back from an 18 month break and it’s still not even been looked at?

Can someone please make a conscious effort to fix this and KEEP it fixed, at this point it seems like it’s flying under the radar and nobody is bothered?
