Mr.Negative - Regen

So I was trying to test Mr.Negative regen synergy with Venom/Antivenom and it says that once per fight upon reaching 10 light energy gains an indefinite buff of 1% regen per second. However as soon as you convert the energy into dark or reach a different amount of light energy the regen buff disappears. Is this meant to work like that? So in order to keep the regen on you have to stay at 10 light energy?
I know a 1% fixed regen is kinda busted however I don’t get why the description is indefinite buff if it’s gone in a split second…

Yeah pity is it's a buff and not a passive. can give you a nice 7% healing if you keep the pace of the fight to heavy evades but otherwise a pretty meh synergy. Though his awakened and sp3 are enough healing that the synergy doesn't matter all that much

Best in the game is a stretch and I took him to R4. Super solid and I'd personally say he's > spiderman2099 but not super sure about best. Has a few shortfallings like dependency on evade to convert charges and lack of immunities. Still amazing don't get me wrong I did R4 mine but I think there are better suitors for best champ though it is highly subjective
