Who should I rank up?

First of all hello!
I pulled my second and third 5* characters on my account and I've been wondering who should I start ranking up?
Old Man Logan or Wasp?
(P. S. I would've made a poll but those don't work for me)

Both are definitely solid options, and you want to get both to rank 3 eventually. I'd personally start with Wasp, but if you're newer to the game Logan may be more forgiving. The decision is completely yours though. Test both out and see what you enjoy more.
