So after his awesome buff I recall big prestige issues, I think it was commented as a bug. Is his prestige fixed yet or is it really that low?

Think it’s low. A big portion of my rank 5 champs have more prestige than him at rank 3, sig 20

What dictates a champ's prestige? Or is it just a random number Kabam gives a champ?
