4* Rank up and Level up advice (Help Please)

After 100%ing the prime sentinel quest I have some 4 stars. Any advice on which to rank up?
I got :

Omega Red
Howard the duck
Void
Daredevil
Ant-man(who I upgraded to lvl 10 by mistake)
And Mojo (as my first 4* who i also upgraded to lvl 10)

In which order should i rank them up to help in Act 4 and 5.2 push. (and are mojo and ant man rly worth the rank up? upgrading them was a mistake)

Current roster that i am using is:
4* Venom 3/25
4* Colossus 3/20
3* Doctor Doom 4/40
3* Sunspot 4/30 Sig 8
3* Korg 3/30

Alright, thats cool, I was severely lacking a science champ so it makes up for that too. Is howard and omega red worth it too? I have heard good things about them

Firstly, prioritize max leveling your champs. If you have the gold and iso, there's no reason to leave them partially leveled.

From this list, Omega Red is only really good when you get him to high sig and unlock masteries that you likely don't have at the level you're at, so he's not worth ranking up for you. So I'd say Void and Daredevil are solid rank-ups. Where you're at you really just want good damage to get you through to the harder fights.

So work on taking Daredevil to rank 3, and once you get resources to take a 4* to rank 4, definitely work on that. From your list Venom is easily the best. He literally tears through so much content even in later stages.

I believe a rank 4 should be very easy now with the Solo Objectives giving catalysts. Look through those and see which ones give you tier 4 catalysts, and you can get Alpha catalysts and more tier 4s out of the monthly event quest to get you multiple rank 4s with ease.

Thanks for the advice man, Was hesitant about venom and daredevil but it seems they are very good.
