T4CC frag crystals not awarding a catalyst

Something is off. Thought it might be a visual bug, but nope, several missing Cats that didn't actually form when I acquired 36,000 fragments. Closed out and went back in and still doing it. Anyone else seeing this?

    Guess it's just me? Keep an eye out though. Shouldn't have 56,100 shards and no formed T4CC. It's supposed to form the CAT at 36K and then start adding again. I missed out on several T4CC yesterday as I didn't notice for quite awhile and then started popping more to test.
