Just pulled a 4 star Havok, How good is he for act 4?

Pulled a Havok from a PHC pop. How useful is he in Act 4 and 5 and is he worth ranking up?

Current roster for reference
4* Venom 3/30
4* Colossus 3/20
3* Doctor Doom 4/40
3* Sunspot 4/30 Sig 8
4* Void 2/16

And a daredevil level up coming up, so should i replace daredevil with Havok?

Havok is pretty good everywhere until act 6. Even there he is still good but not as much

Havok single handedly got me through act 4 and maestro. Mans a beast, and so is your team

Added killmonger to the roster and working on leveling up havok. Thanks for the advice.
