cooldown timer in incursions

why isnt the timer showing how much time is still left for cool down?
like it shows in arena right,why cant they do it for incursions

they promised to make cooldown reset with each incursions cycle almost 2 years ago, nothing changed in the whole mode since then, so I'd say if there is a bug in incursions (believe me, there are multiple bugs), nothing will get fixed any time soon
