Spiderman 2099 resistance

Does anyone succeeded in removing spiderman 2099 resistance stack ?

we are supposed to interrupt him while he is charging his heavy attack but as far as i can tell his charging phase is so quick that i never was able to interrupt it !

Interrupting a single hit heavy is risky because you need to anticipate it while blocking attacks and then drop your block while simultaneously attacking to get a hit in which can easily leave you getting smacked if your timing/anticipation is slightly off.

That said, it appears interrupting only the first or second frame of his heavy attack counts, making it practically impossible.

Here is gif showing it successfully interrupted and unsuccessfully interrupted then some still pictures from the video showing that once he leaves the ground the window for the interrupt has passed.
