No fragments after selling T1Alpha catalysts

I have sold around 7 T1Alpha catalysts and no t2alpha fragments rewarded

I have traded in alpha catalysts 2 weeks in a row for a tier 5 basic catalyst and have not received either if them. Support has not been very much help
