Alliance war match making issue

Is there a reason a t4 alliance is getting matched with a t1/2 alliance?

@Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit I thought this issue was fixed? There is absolutely no way a tier 4 aw alliance should be matched up with a tier 1. There is something seriously wrong with the match making system for this
