No nova flame in war

This happened on the boss fight in war. 2 things to note. First is the obvious that I select the pre fight and don’t get it in fight. Second thing to note is about 30 seconds in I tap the screen to block and I just stand there and take the combo, I note this because it’s been happening frequently this month and in all areas of the game. iPhone 7. I linked the video and took screen shots of the nodes that were on from our boss since i killed the other.

Mobile Carrier: Qlink Wireless

Cellular or WiFi: WiFi

Game Version Installed: 35.0.1 currently, might of been 35.0.0 or whatever version available April 21st.

Game Mode: Alliance War.

Champions Affected: Human Torch. Rank 3 six star. Unawakened

Active Boosts: Health boost, attack boost, champion boost, war invulnerable boost.

Description of the Issue: Flame on activated from the pre fight menu but was not Applied in fight. Boss fight alliance war.
