Getting back for 5.3

Hello people, last time I was on here was two years ago and now I’m back as I got the urge for some mcoc. Been playing a lot these last few weeks and having lots of trouble with 5.3 and progressing in general. Here are my current champions and I am asking what team I should take and how I should go about 5.3. Thanks and stay good people.
