Whom to rank up? Tech and Skill. 5* or 6*

Casual player here. No AQ, no AW, I play less than 1 hr a day on both accounts. Act 6 & 7 complete, but not explored. Most of the Variants explored. No LoL, AoL. I do mostly side events and sometimes EQ each month.

I have dilemma and I'm not sure whom should I rank up. What would your guys priority? Please pick up one tech and one skill champion. Thanks

6* Ultron R3 [I R2 him for 7.4 boss]
6* Warlock R2 and R3 [I have R5 sig ~100 already]
6* Nimrod R2 and R3 [AFAIK he needs to be awakenend?]

SKILL [deep wounds lv5 unlocked]
6* Black Widow R2 nad R3 [mainly for shock damage]
5* Mole Man (sig 20) R5 [mainly for true accuracy, but he's 5*]
5* Kingpin (sig 86) R5 [I heard he's good after buff but he's 5*]
6* Crossbones (sig 20) R2 and R3 [no crits but no Mangog for synergy and low sig]
6* Killmonger (sig 20) R2 and R3 [true strike and bleed dmg but I never been a fan of him]
