Who to awaken: Doom or Spidey99?

Unless you're going for prestige, go with Spidey. Doom's sig will only come into play once in a while and will help you cheese some fights. I also find that getting the power gain buffs messes up my rotation.

Spidey benefits a lot more from his awakened ability and it's something that you will be taking advantage of every single fight. Boosts his damage and makes controlling the opponent's power a lot easier.
