Human Torch is not applying incinerate all of the time when he should be. I started noticing it in AQ where it would say incinerate on the enemy but the debuff was never applied. Tried it in an event quest and same issue.

What does suicides have to do with applying incinerate to the enemy? I tried it with Sunspot and no issue there

I have a number of questions here:
1. How do you have an r3 Torch but you don’t know how he works?
2. Why are you running like Map 3?
3. Why would Sunspot matter? It’s something in Torch’s abilities, not incinerate debuffs. The duration of incinerates are less when he has a bleed on him

I know how he works. That pic was from an event quest as an example. A simple mention of the bleed debuff would have been fine. It should still show incinerate even if it’s a split second

One this, other one is incinerate apply to first medium, first light and last medium, try to play MLM
