Timed out boss fights and boss again at 100%

Hey guys!
2 weeks ago i was fighting the boss in AQ and got timed out. At that time boss was at 21%. But when i started the fight again he was at 100% health. I faced the same issue today in AW. Boss was at 24% when i got timed out. When i entered to fight again then he was at 100%. Is this a bug or am i missing something? Really annoying.
