No new 1 day alliance event

@Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit Can someone please look into the 1 day alliance event not showing up again. Yesterday we had the mutant use event and there is no replacement today. I believe this happened last week also when there was the issue with AQ that made you push it by a day so you had to do something to the events so that the 1st day AQ alliance event didn't run with no AQ running. I don't want this to be an issue that occurs every week going forward now.
