in Bugs and Known Issues
So it happened to me twice in two days. After opening some free thronebreaker crystals the number of revives it showed was not the one I was rewarded finally.
Does this has to do with this known issue:There is an issue where opening multiple Crystals or selling large numbers of items can sometimes result in more rewards being displayed than intended.. Resolved Next Update. ??
If yes, I suggest you compensate as this is unacceptable and frustrating on top of other things. If no, please investigate.

    I opened gold crystal and not received full amount of gold from it

    It it shows that you opened three Aegons from one crystal, yes, that would be the same thing. You would only receive one.
