None of the champs on poison lane are throwing any special attacks, I am dodging and redingote for 45 + secs ata time and they just sit there converting their own buffs into power then SP3. I lost 5 champs on that lane today on a map I use no items on. It’s unacceptable to have that, it is clear AI rigging to consume items
