Stealth Spidey Synergy Bug?

Stealth Spidey has a new synergy with Scorpion which reads if Spidey Evades or Dodges an attack his Debuffs are paused. Doing some testing it will pause the debuff anytime you simply dash back. It does not seem to matter if there is an attack from the opponent. Is this the way it is supposed to work, if so the language of the synergy may need some tuning.

    but pausing debuffs is much more siginificant unfortunately, eliminates the need to throw sp3s. I hope this doesn't get fixed now
