Missing side quest rewards.

I played the Spider-man quest earlier today. Before I could finish the quest because the game wouldn’t load my movement when I tapped to move forward, I had to exit out of the game. I just got back on, and the quest acts like I finished the quest, but I don’t see any rewards.
