It only works about 50% of the time. I didn’t see a thread about this but sorry if there is one already. Is it not supposed to pause on every heavy and I’m reading it wrong or is it actually bugged and just won’t pause every time

My Storm I used is a 6* R2 unawakened, no boosts
Storm’s heavy is supposed to pause her prowess for 10 seconds if knocking the opponent down, but it doesn’t work most of the time, occasionally it will but almost never. I’ve been experiencing it since the update she was buffed in
