Battlegrounds + Power nodes

Ok hear me out before the disagree spams

I think BGs shouldn't have power related nodes like Spite, Power Snack, Vivified etc.
I'm not saying all power nodes
Nodes like enhanced power gain, AOE, conflictor, energize, empowered immunity, backup recovery etc. are fine
Just not the ones that rely excessively on defender AI where sometimes u can't do anything about it no matter how much u bait

In AW it was fine bcoz,
1. There are only a few encounters with such nodes, most of which are on path 7, with 1 mini boss at the end of Section 1
2. We have our entire roster (except 3 bans) to come up with an appropriate counter
3. We have the option to use indestructible boosts in risky power gain situations

But in BGs it might cause a similar situation like we saw with the summoner showdown where the results might rely more on defender AI than on player skills
There are some champs who can effectively counter these nodes but champs with such abilities are still not common in the contest & not guaranteed to end up in ur 7/30

    Quakes magiks psylocks visions dooms hbs nebulas S99, cage, km, med etc
    torch's(mostly gets banned lol)

    As long as we all play by the same rules, I’m fine with whatever nodes they use.

    Exactly. If I die to passive AI, then a few of my opponents will also die to passive AI, if not necessarily in the same match

    It would be nice if the AI was not so passive, for sure. I and others have noticed that when you have a champ that needs to do something in a short time period, the AI turtles in the corner until the timer or whatever ends.
