What should i focus on next In Game?

hello, i am a not very active summoner due to school, but lately im not rlly sure what to progress on to, so here is my roster, and if possible, could you recommend for me what to focus on next? thanks

7.4 has great rewards and it’s fun content

I absolutely loved 7.4. It was so much fun to explore and Superior Kang was a really fun boss. I haven't explored a new chapter in story content that fast for years.

Try not to use too many resources. EoP will definitely have very good rewards
