Problem in the Summoner Sigil

Hello, I taken the Summoner Sigil two weeks ago, but when this sigil was reset, I haven’t the golden quest but solo challenges and the sigil are still here and it stays one week avalaible for my sigil, I don’t understand why I haven’t the quest… If anyone cans help me, because i need gold for upgrade my heroes but without this quest, it’s more hard, thanks for answers and helps ! :)

    My gold pool isn't there either and I've had the sigil over a year

    Oh, so, I’m not alone, me too I have the Sigil since least one year and this bug was never arrive, it’s very strange
