Charged resources to rank up but no rank up????

in Bugs and Known Issues
So i spent extra glory to get 2 T4 catalyst so i could rank up my spider man stark enhanced to rank 4. Spent the gold, catalyst, and glory. Raked him up then had it crash on me. When it came back up i lost all the resources i soent as well as my spider man bot veing ranked up. Really really disheartening. Anyone else had this issie???
