Looking for a map 3 or 4 laid back alliance.

Hi everyone,
I am looking to join a low stress alliance running map 3 or 4 for some glory rewards each week.
I am used to map 5/6 but don't want to have to play the game when I am at work.
My usual day is wake up join AQ at 6am (about an 45 mins after it starts), move 6-7 spaces then go to work.
I will join again when I get home but it might be 8-9-10 hours later. I'd usually move around another 10-12 times before bed.
I don't want to hold up people doing harder maps and leave nodes up. If I can run map 3 or 4 there are less paths and we can cruise through the minis with nodes up.
Let me know if anyone has a spot available.
