5 star science champs for ACT 7

Hi guys, I just now started to completing act 7, but I don't have a good five star R5 science champs, I always confused with which one to R5 because,
CAIW (R4, unawakened that will reduce most of his utilities),
Mr. Negative (R4, unawakened but still has SP2 damage and utility),
Void is signature 200 (R4, mostly has a chance to be my first R5),
Spider ham ( R3, Unawakened and I think Mr. Negative can do better than a ham)
