Captain America's Mechanics

* A great sense of conviction mixed with the super soldier serum, makes Cap the ability to turn any buff gained into a passive effect.
* Guaranteed perfect block means that with enough skill Cap can take any challenge ahead
* A strong will provides a greater regeneration rate ideal for salve, and suicide masteries
* Cap is a trained hand to hand fighter and benefits greatly for finding openings to attack


Character Class: Science

Basic Abilities: Fury, slow, disorient , trauma

STRENGTHS:
* Buff interaction
* Cap can turn any buff into a passive, this includes his own, but also node buffs or buffs applied by the opponent. 

* Easy access to slow
* Cap’s perfect block allows him to apply an easy but short slow debuff, long enough to counter attack

* Increased Regen Rate
* Although cap doesn’t have any regeneration abilities , he has increased regeneration rate, greatly benefiting from salve, willpower and suicide


WEAKNESSES
* Immunities
* Cap does not posses any way to lead with any kind of strong or DOT effects

- Ability Accuracy Reduction
- The guaranteed perfect block is gained through a buff that might not apply due to AAC




ABILITIES:

Super Soldier Serum (Always Active) .
- Any buff gained by Cap immediately turns into a passive with the same potency and duration
- The Serum grants extra Regeneration capabilities giving Cap an extra %25 Rate .

Well Timed Blocks
* Well timed blocks apply to the opponent a Slow debuff for 1.5 seconds. Slow reduces by 100% unstoppable and evade effects.

Trained soldier
* As a military trained man, Steve is always looking for openings in a fight and taking advantage of precise moments grant him a 150% fury for 3 seconds.

Openings :
- Punish a Special Attack
- Intercept the opponent
- Interrupt or punish a Heavy Attack
- Punish an opponent while standing up

SPECIAL ATTACKS
Special attacks pause any fury effects until their animations end

Special 1 - Stars and Stripes
• The last hit applies a disorient debuff for 10 seconds . Disorient reduces defensive ability accuracy and block proficiency for 30%o effect).

Special 2 - For Freedom
• If the Special Attack is launched while having a fury effect , it guarantees each hit to be a critical hit.

Special 3 - Final Justice
• Applies a Trauma debuff to the opponent for 15 seconds. Trauma debuff causes each hit to deal an additional 70% of damage as a burst of physical damage. In addition any fury effects gained while Trauma debuff is present start paused until the debuff expires.
Signature Ability - I can do this all day
• While below 10-25% health Cap gains a bulwark buff that guarantees perfect block
- While below 10-20% any time Cap gains a fury effect he places a Trauma debuff on the opponent for 3 seconds. Trauma debuff causes each hit to deal an additional 70% of damage as a burst of physical damage.

* All Champions: +20% black proficiency & 6% attack


Assemble- - With Black Panther, Dr Strange, Ant Man , Vision, Scarlet Witch
* All Champions: + 800 Cruelty passive & 6% attack

On your left- With Falcon / Captain America (Sam)
* All Champions : +800 precision passive + 6% attack

Hail Hydra - With Red Skull, Modok, Crossbones, Taskmaster, Punisher2099
* All Champions apply a passive concussion that decreases 15% defensive ability accuracy to Villains
