    I mostly just want them for that energy refill. I don't even know what else is in them.

    Usually shards, fragments, Tier 1 Alpha catalysts gold.

    Objectively a lot of the solo and team events could use a bump up in Rewards but this one is something that definitely affects everybody as long as you're on a team.

    Summoner Advancement doesn't have Energy refill in it.
