Where would Air Walker rank among cosmics if he had no ramp up and was “unlocked” from the first fight in the quest?

I have a R1 awakened Air Walker that’s been sitting at the bottom of my roster for months. I honestly forgot I had him…

It just made me wonder how close he is to serviceable. I’ve never really used him.

What are the community’s thought?

    I haven’t seen much gameplay for him but from what I have seen he could easily be top 10 if he had no ramp up.

    Top of the Cosmic class is damage heavy with some sort of utility
    Air Walker even in his 3rd fight doesn't have much utility except for that unstoppable which as far as I remember lasts for 20 sec only, & those 20 sec are his damage phase, which is good damage but nothing great or extraordinary
    I'm not very well aware of his abilities but I think it's something like that only where u launch a Sp3 & for 20 sec u're in God Mode
    He'd definitely be much better & will be used for a lot of matchups where he can finish or cheese fights in those 20 sec
    But I still don't see him being a champ that would excite people when they pull him
    Those 20 sec won't make him go & sit with the big daddies of cosmic class
