Why don't you let the player base know about the input issues form this way ......

You see this is my problem with kabam about the form for feedback on the bugs and input issues of course i have filled it but I'm sure 70% of the player base don't know it exists and my burning question is why they won't send a mail in game with a link to the form and a message attached to the mail about filling the form according to each problem each player faces. I'm like why can't they do it like this and then send it to all the players and it's not like they can't do something like this cause I'm pretty sure i can remember answering some survey questions that was sent through the in game inbox about some stuff can't really remember but that's my question why won't they do it like this when it is way better than leaving the link in the forums. Baffles me a lot.
