Dont @ me, but I think Peni's awakened ability is way more useful than Doom's. Unless you really care about prestige, his is just passingly useful, while Peni's unlocks a unique and quite useful ability for certain matchups.

Doom's Sig is fun, even at Sig 1 for cheesing Aarkus, Hyperion, or anyone on a Powerful from Afar node, or similar. At higher Sig, he regularly gains opening to passively stun opponents when their buffs get Staggered. That seems pretty useful to me.

I'm curious, since I've only had Peni for a while, and don't find her Sig all that useful. There don't seem to be that many situations where an opponent heals 5% health in one half-second, and keeps healing the next tick.
Aside from Awakened Nick Fury, where do you find it handy?
My understanding is that it doesn't work on Masochism. Does it work on Lifecycle?
