Kingpin/Hood-JoeFixit sinergy is broken?

Does your kingpin sinergy still work? Mine it doesn't. Every debuff it take he just can't shrug off.
Any of you with this same problem?

Mine still works in AQ. Where was it?

There is a cooldown of 0,5e on Kingpin shrug off mechanism.
So if you purify one debuff and get another one in the 0,5s interval, it will stay.

I have suicides on, I'm trying to do the eternity of Pain crossbones but I'm dying by bleed debuffs, that's why I'm thinking it's a bug
