This was fixed long ago and now it is back?
The rewards symbol flashed over the lower right corner then disappeared. I clicked and opened alliance events and got the above?
This is yet another bug, pretty sure, and discovering yet another bug is getting seriously old.
Not bothering with the rest, phone, os. This is just another symptom of the crummy job you've done with the input and the patches and updates.

    Just restart your game. It's just a sync issue.
