Enemy is too fast in game than before especially in Arenas

I am getting issue where enemy or defender champs are too fast with strong and powerful attacks in Arenas especially, I don't know if anyone experience this thing or not.

Noticed AI intercept parry or re-parry like a pro top tier summoner without any drawback from control issues (which AI doesn't experience).. unlike us human with reaction time and control that is not as stable.

I think a majority want to know. What is being done about the AI? Is there anything being done about the AI. Or are we just going to keep waiting in silence and watch threads get deleted or pushed to the side?
