recovering one mastery point

can I recover just one point from my Mastery defense 32 points without having to recover all points.
I just want to recover 1point and return it to parry. offensive

You'd think Kabam would have programmed the game do this, but instead their greed made recovering mastery points costly and as frustrating as possible. I don't even re-arrrange my mastery anymore, nor purchase mastery resources because of this foolishness.
